Donegal Aquathlon Championships

October 2015 – Finn Valley Centre, Stranorlar. After training sessions in school with Triona McMenamin, our team took part in the Donegal Aquathlon School’s Championships in Finn Valley Lesiure Centre, Stranorlar. Our team consisted of children from 4th to 6th class in the Senior Room.  Jade, Tori, Emma, Kayla, Ciarán and Kate represented our school.  They had a fantastic day.  This was a pilot event, organised by Triathlon Ireland in conjunction with Letterkenny 24/7 Triathlon Club, with 10 schools chosen to take part which will lead on to a regional (Ulster) championships later in the year.
